Carol O’Connell Massage & Natural Therapies was established in 1995. Carol has over 25 years of experience in the massage industry ranging from running her own practice to teaching & preparing students to build & run their own practices. Carol is an accredited Massage Therapist, Teacher & Counsellor. She has studied extensively since the 1980’s & offers many different types of Massage & Natural Therapies which can be tailored to the individual needs of the client in the form of combination specialised treatments. 

Massage is beneficial for everyone in relieving muscular pain & tension, helping the body cleanse itself of toxins promoting optimal health, balance & well-being. Research shows that accumulated stress and tension is a major contributing factors in most sickness & disease processes. Massage Therapy offers health-enhancing benefits for everyone, from infancy to adults of all ages.
