Carol O’Connell Massage and Natural Therapies was established in 1995. Carol is an accredited Massage Therapist, Teacher, Counsellor and Author. Carol has studied extensively since the 1980’s & offers many different types of Massage & Natural Therapies which can be tailored to the individual needs of the client. Massage is beneficial for everyone in relieving muscular pain and tension, helping the body cleanse itself of toxins promoting optimal health, balance & well-being. Research shows that accumulated stress and tension is a major contributing factors in most sickness & disease processes.
